Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health, and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We recommend emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for full order return inquiries.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. Please contact email@example.com for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account if paid via PayPal.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Depending on whether we have sent out your order already, we are able to process your order cancellation and refund back your money. We will guarantee to provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours after you have made payment. However, if 12 hours have passed since you made the order, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
